Return and Exchange Policy

1. Return & Exchange Policy

Quynh Phuong Da Lat supports returns and exchanges for products purchased online at https://quynhphuongdalat.com/ in the following cases:

  • The product is damaged or broken during transportation

  • The product is defective due to a manufacturing fault

  • The delivered product does not match the order placed

  • The returned product is unused and retains its original packaging, including labels, stickers, boxes, and barcodes

  • The product is returned with the original receipt, invoice, or VAT bill (if applicable)

  • The quantity of the delivered product is less than what was ordered

Note: To avoid any unfortunate situations, please carefully check your order with the delivery staff. You have the right to refuse the delivery if the products are not as expected and should immediately contact Quynh Phuong Da Lat for support.

2. Return Period

  • Customers must contact Quynh Phuong Da Lat within 6 hours of receiving the product. We will verify the information and guide you through the return process.

  • Returned items must be sent back within 6 hours from the time of receipt to the address:
    42 Van Thanh, Ward 5, Da Lat City

The return time will be determined based on the shipping receipt timestamp if the product is returned via a delivery service.

3. Return Shipping Fees

  • For customers in Da Lat City: Quynh Phuong Da Lat offers free pickup service for returned products. Please contact our customer service department for assistance.

  • For customers in other areas: Please prepay the return shipping cost. If the issue is due to a fault from Quynh Phuong Da Lat or the manufacturer, we will reimburse the shipping fee after receiving the returned product.

  • If the product does not meet the return conditions outlined in sections 1 and 2, the item will be returned to the customer, and the shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

4. Refund Policy

  • Quynh Phuong Da Lat will refund the actual value of the product, excluding any promotions or discounts (if applicable).

  • Any reward points accumulated from the returned product will be deducted after the refund.

  • Refunds will be processed via bank transfer within 2 working days after the returned item is received. Customers will be notified via email or phone once the process is completed.

  • Cash refunds are available for direct returns at Quynh Phuong Da Lat.

5. Shipping Policy

Shipping Fee: Delivery within Da Lat city, inter-province, and other cities will be charged based on the policy of GIAO HÀNG TIẾT KIỆM JSC or as agreed upon by both parties.
